Dear PYLUSD Community,
In an effort to utilize all available resources to communicate with stakeholders and the community at large, the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) will begin offering a live stream feed for regularly scheduled Board Meetings. The district first began researching solutions to live stream Board Meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic and public interest in watching through a remote setting.
The first meeting to be live-streamed will be on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at www.pylusd.org/liveboardmeetings. All regularly scheduled Board Meetings will be live-streamed in moving forward. A recording of the meeting will be posted the following morning at the same link. Board Meetings are held once a month with two meetings in April and June.
Despite the addition of the live stream service, Board Meetings will continue to be open to the public if you wish to attend in person or participate in public comment. The live stream may capture images and sounds of those in attendance. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and standing room will not be available in the Board Room. Doors will open to the public 15 minutes prior to the start of a meeting. An electronic copy of all Board Meeting agendas can be accessed online at www.pylusd.org/boardagendas.

La transmisión en vivo puede capturar imágenes y sonidos de los asistentes. Los asientos son limitados y están disponibles por orden de llegada y no habrá espacio para estar de pie en la sala de juntas.
