Annual Bond Report Is Now Available

The purpose of the committee is to report to the public on the expenditures of bond revenues and certify that bond proceeds are expended only for the purposes set forth in the ballot measure. The committee meets throughout the year to review bond projects, budgets, and audits. They also tour construction projects.

In order to provide a world-class educational program for Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified students, the district developed a comprehensive bond program to enable new construction and modernization of existing facilities that will benefit generations to come. The result: four new schools, newly-modernized classrooms across 34 schools, removal of aging portables, new libraries, new computer labs, new sports fields, new science labs, new career preparation classrooms, new gymnasiums, new school offices, expanded parking lots, interactive technology in classrooms, and a 600-seat performing arts center.
