Throughout the week, the school held several events centered around spreading awareness of this cause, all-leading up to the “purple out” at the Boy’s Varsity Basketball game on Thursday, February 12th. The “Learn for Morgan” foundation sold out of their 450 t-shirts and the gym was filled with supporting students and fans in purple. Esperanza also reached out to their competitor, Canyon High School, and many of their students wore purple as well. This is a wonderful example of students coming together to promote an important cause.
