The Chef volunteered to teach the students proper knife usage as well as techniques like how to julienne, batonnet, and dice vegetables. In addition, he also made a mac and cheese dish and presented various ways on how to jazz up the simple dish with toppings. At the end of their time together, Chef Ramon gifted each student with a personal rubber spatula.
