Our workshops are based on the best-selling books by authors Dr. Jane Nelsen, Lynn Lott, Cheryl Erwin, and others. The origin of these books is based on the philosophy of Alfred Adler (child psychiatrist) and Rudolf Dreikurs since 1920.
